Diamo un'occhiata all'interno dello studio. ↓ prima di tutto, Lo stilista Yojiro  fa uno schizzo di design sotto i diversi temi. ↓ Dopo il disegno è completato, ha iniziato a giocare con la carta direttamente sul manichino e si ripiega fino che trava una forma attraente. ↓E tagliare la carta e pieghevole di nuovo. ↓ Dopo poche ore di gioco con l'origami, la carta si piega come una scultura...

皆様、 新年あけましておめでとうございます。 皆様が今年も幸せに、また充実した年が過ごせるようにと、イタリアのピストイアからお祈りしております。 さて本日は、当ブランドYOJIRO KAKEの服がどのようにして作られているのかを ご紹介するシリーズの第一弾として、2018年春/夏コレクションから、 “四角い袖のドレスが出来るまで”を追っていきたいと思います。 それではさっそくスタジオの中を覗いていきましょう！ ここで全ての服のデザイン原案から型紙、サンプルが生まれています。 まず最初に、デザイナーの掛は、コレクション毎に揚げられるテーマをもとにスケッチを描いていきます。 デザインを描きながら全体的なイメージを高めていくのだそうです。 スケッチが完成すると、通常、平面製図に使用される大きな紙を直接マネキンに貼り付けて、折ったり切ったりを始めます。  黙々とそして永遠に… 魅力的な形が浮かび上がるまで折り紙のように紙を折っていきます。 数時間、折ったり切ったりを繰り返し、少しずつ全体像が見えてきたようです   立体的な形が決まれば、次は平面の紙に型紙を起こしていきます。 その後、もう一度立体にし、平面で修正を施す作業を述べ１０回以上繰り返します。 そしてようやく待ちに待った平面製図の完成です。 横目で見ている私には、 まるで、旅に出るための地図でも作っているかのように見えてきます。 大げさでしょうか…！？ さて、 長い工程を経てようやく紙ではなく、生地を使用してテスト縫いにかかります。 ここでようやく折り紙から実際の洋服に近づいていきます。 そして同時に、更なる細かな問題点や修正箇所が浮かび上がってきます。 こちらも何度も何度も修正を行います。 さぁこれで完成！…ではありません。 ここからは、実際の生地にのせるプリント柄をデザインしていきます。 今回、服を製作していく中で、掛は、イタリアのメディチ家にまつわる、衣服や家具、装飾から大きな影響を受けました。 その中でもフィレンツェの伝統工芸である石細工<Pietra Dura>に着目しています。 （今では、技を継承する職人がほとんどいなくなってしまったといわれている、とても貴重な工芸です） その石細工に見られる絵柄から影響を受けたものを、掛自身が幼少期に遊んでいたちぎり絵の手法を用いて新たなものとして表現し、イタリアと日本の融合を試みたようです。 この絵柄が完成すると、生地に転写をしてもらいます。 数日後、ようやくシルクのオーガンジーにのったちぎり絵が出来上がりました。 ここから、生地の裁断、芯貼り等の下準備を終えて縫製に取りかかります。 振り返れば、デザインスケッチが出来上がってから数週間が経ち、完成前に、掛は私たちに 「服を作る事は行き先を決めない旅に出るのに似ている。それは何が起きるかわからない、先のないゴールを目指しあるべき場所に必ず到着する事が出来るから。 そして、服を生み出す我々の仕事は、一枚の平面スケッチからこの世界に息吹をあげさせること。服を見てふと思うのが、袖を通してくれた方に、美しい世界を彩る旅の地図を届けているんじゃないかって思うんだよね」と話した。   Squarish Sleeves Origami Silk Organdy Dress / Paper Collage Print Photo: Sara Mautone  Makeup: Luigi Morino Model: Nicole @castingfirenze いかがでしたか？ 本日は折り紙ドレスが出来るまでをご紹介いたしました。 次回は、シリーズ第二段の三角フリルのトップの出来るまでをご紹介します。 乞うご期待！ Team YOJIRO KAKE Follow us  Facebook / Instagram  / Twitter   #japanesedesigner #origami #forence #fashion # patternmaking
